Inside TPLF’s Tigray, normalcy is a far fetched concept. The group is unable to provide basic services such as banking, telecom and water without inputs and expertise from federal government in Addis Ababa. The continued faceoff between the rebels and the government in Addis make an intractable situation. Alternative voices are brutally suppressed in Tigray where the central command is judge jury and executioner.
